What I learned today was that there’s a rainbow at the end of every storm. We went to Grandma’s Bench because today marked the three year anniversary of her death. It should be a sad place, but it isn’t. There’s so much to do at this park, from feeding duckies to having a picnic to playing on swings and slides to rolling around in the grass. I know all this for sure because we did all of that today with Petra and Bryce and Uncle Shannon. Of course, I’d give it all back just so I could have my Grandma. But I love that when we say we’re gonna go visit her, I know it’s a place of great fun.
