Halloween Is Off The Hook

What I learned today was that Halloween is much more than I thought it would be. Up here in Marin, they take it seriously. The neighborhood we went to had haunted houses, rock bands playing on front lawns, projections on garages and tons of people. Wyatt was dressed up as Spiderman. Me, I was just a handsome man about town, snug underneath his blanket, cloaked in self-assurance and natural charisma.

And I wasn't even trying.
